Axis Controls
In most browsers the mouse
scrollwheel can he used to zoom in and out of the graph,
clicking and dragging on the graph will move the axis and
dragging the bottom right will resize the graph image.
Alternatively, and for more precision, the Axis Options from the Options menu can be used.

2*x can be written as 2x.
cos(x) can be written as cosx
2x^2 will be taken as 2*x*x
Lines HelpX
Types of Line
Functions | Will plot y=f(x), with f(x) given in terms of x only. |
Parametrics | Will plot a line y=f(q1), x=f(q2), with both functions given in terms of q. |
Gradients | Will plot the gradient function of the given function of x, in effect plotting dy/dx. |
Polar Equations | Using the polar co-ordinate system, this can plot a graph of pheta=f(r), or r=f(pheta). Where r is the distance from the pole (origin), and theta is the angle anti-clockwise from the positive x axis. |
ShortcutsX
Keyboard Shortcuts
The underlined letter in any of the menus is the key which can be pressed to open that menu or window. Eg pressing 'O' then 'X' opens the Axis Options window.
Escape will close all currently open windows.
Clicking on the graph whilst holding 'C' will centre it to that point.
Pressing 'F' creates a new function, 'P' a new parametric, and 'G' a new gradient.
Pressing 'R' resets the axis to the centre and with a zoom of ±4.
